I spend a lot of time with vendors, service suppliers and consultants in my job. One consulting firm in particular screwed up a project big time. Cost overruns, unfinished work, stuff that didnt work at all, you get the picture. Anyway, I was talking with the sales guy from the consulting company and he went on and on we should have done this, we should have done that, we should have communicated early, wah wah wah.
